Rivera Palms 2 is located in Arpora which is approximately midway between Baga Beach and Anjuna in North Goa.  Baga Beach, Calangute and Anjuna are all within a 5 to10 minute 2-wheeler of taxi ride. Taxi and two-wheeler hire is available just by the entrance to the complex.  The complex is also walking distance from Ingos Saturday Night market.

The complex
The complex was built by Rivera Constructions and was completed in 2007, and is fully occupied. The complex is relatively small in comparison with Rivieras more recent and planned developments.  Everyone is very friendly. There is a mix of European and Indian residents, with many staying on the complex for 6 months of the year.

Villa P3  is a -3 bedroom independent  villa, part of a complex known as Rivera Palms 2  built around a communal pool.   The complex has 24 hour security.  There is a large parking area at the front of the Villa
 The rear of the house has a beautiful view overlooking a beautiful green paddy field..The sides of the Villa have beautifully manicured landscapes.
